These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Football Club Hub ("the Platform"), operated by mCm Design London Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Football Club Hub, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Free Plan: Limited to 1 team, up to 3 coaches, and 2 AI-generated sessions per week.
Club Plan: Subject to a 30-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances should be submitted to support@footballclubhub.com and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by mCm Design London Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The Platform includes AI-powered tools for generating training sessions and match analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content and you use it at your own discretion.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (e.g. players) is handled lawfully.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mCm Design London Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in that period.
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the service for operational reasons with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
